Reimbursement of IADR CED/NOF 2025 congress registration fee (student early-bird) and IADR NOF 2025 student membership fee

NOF student members, who present a poster or oral presentation in IADR 2025 meeting at Barcelona, can apply for reimbursement of 2025 congress registration fee (student early-bird) and IADR NOF 2025 student membership fee.

Eligible applicants:

1) undergraduate students

2) post-graduate students under Masters, PhD, or specialty training

3) Applicants must be citizens of Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway or Sweden – or citizens of another nationality in case their research has been performed in one of the mentioned countries (in the latter case, a letter of confirmation by the main supervisor, explaining where the research (or major part of it) is performed and indicating the position of the applicant at his/her university, is needed)

4) Applicant MUST be a member of NOF.

5) to get reimbursed, attendance to 2025 General Assembly is a must.

Please fill and send the 2025 NOF Student reimbursement form for registration and membership docx to NOF treasurer for the payment of reimbursements after the congress.
